If they then get the C Block 700Mhz spectrum in the auction, then AT&T would control most of the best bandwidth in the US.
And probably sit on it while milking their GSM network.

Jamaica, NY		 Exactly. I've never heard Aloha Partners offering any service over their spectrum, why did they have it? Does the current 700mhz auction have mandatory build out rules attached to it?
