I called Charter on Monday when this happened, I was told my email was there and would be retrieved within 48 hours..LOL what a joke! I called back and by then I had 4 different stories about what happened....eventually I got to the bottome of it and was told my email was lost and there was no way to retrieve it. lesson learned.
