It depends on whether or not you want to really have the ATT dsl router in play. You can set up the 2610 to be able to support DSL, it is only a matter of purchasing the right WIC card. If this is an issue, you can just run a static point-to-point subnet between the ATT and the 2610, and then use your 2610 as the local LAN router and have it hand out DHCP...
either or, the cohoice is yours...
