They've been planting the VRADs all over the place around here in the last three months. Oddly, nobody seems to be whining about it either. I guess we're just a bunch of Bohemians in million dollar houses.

They fought to keep Meijer out and managed to win. They wouldn't even let the Dunkin' Donuts put in a drive-thru.

The farther west you get the more idiotic the people are about these things. I really don't know why unless they are so desperate to control something in their lives they lash out at anything and everything.
I think it has to do with how long your commute is. This close in it's less than a half hour. "Out there", past where you are, its more like an hour and a half. Frustration, desperation and boredom do odd things...

Unlike Cable equipment VRADS do make noise. The A/C unit is (how many?) BTU's?

Verifying via phone that I can get it. Pretty much same package as Comcast and I would save $40 a month and gain more upload speed  .
Making the switch now. If it's true he said 10 down and 1.5 up should be coming out in the next month or so.

So does the Tollway. So does the Comcast power supply three poles down with the defective transformer in it buzzing away 24 hours a day. So does the dog next door. So do the airplanes from/to Midway.
How much noise they make is a silly argument in an urban setting.
