IDSN $$$$ for Indiana

I recently called ATT about ISDN to my residence. I received a quote of $119.11/month or $118.66/month if I signed up for a 3 year contract. I was thinking that this was kind of steep. I would also have to find an ISP to dial into since they did not offer this service. I inquired if this was the price for a business or residential. The friendly customer service person responded that this was the price regardless. I asked if IDSL was available, and he said that I was too far from the CO. The last time that I inquired, I was about 50,000 feet. Does this price sound high for SW Indiana and is there a distance limitation on IDSL?

When I had ISDN it was about $60 a month, unlimited. Be sure you contact the business side and not the residential. I am in South East Indiana.
