Cablevision does 30/5 (which is really an uncapped ~38/15 but averages 27/4.X based upon node congestion & overhead). Comcast and Time Warner can learn a thing or two about how to do high speed right.

@sbcglobal.net		 Its good to get History HD too...but lets see how quickly this materializes.
It took 5 weeks to get a HD receiver anyways so I don't mind waiting for another couple weeks....
