The day was long for the Mayor leXicon5. He had taken his usual stroll through the peaceful park. He had taken his usual evening drive around the peaceful town that he was in charge of. He had noticed a few strange things. A few men in dark sunglasses and hats. Also on the side of a few of the local establishments were spray painted stars and moons.
His driver pulled up to the front of city hall and he walked out and got in his limo just as he always did at 5:04pm. He closed the door behind him and the driver pulled away. It took him a few minutes but he suddenly realized they were going the wrong way.
"Driver" said leX, "are we taking a new way home today??"
"No" said the driver, "I am taking you straight to your grave!"
As the driver said this, the doors locked themselves, the driver sped up racing towards a cliff over looking the town square, and bailed out of the car sending Mayor leXicon5 to his death.
The next day a note was found on the desk of Mayor leX that said, "The Mafia is among you. Tread cautiously or you will find yourself dead like your precious mayor."

In, I check.
Observations: it looks like we may have a cult in Broadtown with those stars and moons graffiti. Also, keep in mind that with such a large game we may have some more unusual features such as multiple mafias, recruiting mafias, multiple independents, etc.
I would suggest that anyone who hasn't looked at it recently (or ever) checks this out: »mikeburnfire.sitesled.com/mscumB.swf
It's important to be aware of the various roles and groups we could be dealing with.

Anyway, with 28, here's my completely wild-assed guess on setup... (Assuming I had to create a game that was at least remotely balanced and accommodated 28 players)
2 Mafias, Each Currently with a godfather and 2 goons (maybe roleblockers, assassins, etc), each allowed to recruit once (maybe twice, but I doubt any more than that).
1 Cult with a recruiter and 1 member, of course allowing unlimited recruiting, unless a mafioso or independent is recruited, which results in the death of the recruiter.
At least one pro-town mason group. Possibly recruiting.
Probably one or two additional independent roles with their counteracting "cures".
Cop, Backup Cop, Possibly an Enabler and Backup Enabler, Bus Driver (To really screw with us), Commuter, Doc, Backup Doc, Priest or Actor, Beloved Princess, Miller, Pro-Town Roleblocker, Pro-Town Vigilante, perhaps some siblings.
I just sure as hell hope there's no Governor role. I made a huge mistake including that in my game.
If there are indeed multiple mafia families along with a cult, the town has a slight advantage. I'm interested to see if we get any Day 1 Day-Kills. I doubt it, but Muz will certainly make things interesting.
