They are trying to sell it as a free alternative to the Sprint/Verizon cards.   The city leaders behind this kind of thing think you just pop a wi-fi card in you laptop and then you have free internet access any place you go.<br><br>They should drop the AP to PC link and go for the AP to Radio to inside network just the same way that wISPs do.  They have a great way to get some good coverage but it's the "last mile" that always ends up being the problem.]]></description>
