They also wanted guaranteed 100% city-wide build-out as well as an outrageous number of public access channels.
By the way, my address shows as Naperville, but I actually live in an unincorporated part of Lisle township that sits between Naperville and Lisle. My mail goes through the Naperville PO, though. | |
