| The Dumb Customer In other words only a small minority of dumb customers fit the profile. Think of it this way, the Comcast customer has many different ways to pay the bill. There is only a minority of customers that make the drive to the Comcast's office and talk to a representative. Here is the kicker; my Comcast office has a drop off box at the front door. There is no logical reason to go to the counter. Not to mention the time and transportation cost to go to Comcast office. For me it is an eight mile drive. |
