 Abhorrent Service

I was with iStop in Ottawa for a few years and they got brought into the 3Web conglomerate.

At first, it was great but then I had an issue where I couldn't pay my bill. It took TWO MONTHS before this got sorted out. A full YEAR later, I receive a notice in the post that I owe them three hundred dollars even though my credit card showed that I had been paying. This took another TWO MONTHS to sort out. Finally, I was getting my bandwidth and they were getting my money and everyone was happy.

I had another billing issue where the payment was declined on my credit card and I asked them to immediately process the transaction again which they responded with "it will go through on your next billing cycle". It didn't. I ended up going to collections for thirty six dollars and I had no verification from them that my billing was being processed properly.

I have contacted their president and received no reply. I have contacted their Investor Relations group and received no reply. I even had the Better Business Bureau contact them and received no reply. Yesterday, I lost sync and I decided to call and cancel at which point I was told that my account had already been canceled. I verified that I owed them no money and signed up with another service provider.

These people are the worst and I would classify them as being below Bell in service. I cannot explain or stress how awful these people are. Tell your friends and family to stay away.
