Princeton Junction, NJ | QAM channel number for WHYY-HD I am on Comcast of Mercer County, NJ. WHYY-HD (PBD from Phila) used to be on 12.1 QAM channel. Channel 12 is the analog version of WHYY.
Several days ago 12.1 went dark. Anybody knows which QAM channel it has been migrated to? | |

| Re: QAM channel number for WHYY-HD In our area it was actually on 1.3 for a long time. Then it disapeared and a rescan showed it up on 12.3.
Try doing a rescan on your TV. If CC moved the frequency around you will need to initiate a new digital channel scan for your TV to find it and map it. | |

I speculate that since Central to Eastern PA are so far behind in terms of HD channels, Comcast may be experimenting or realigning some frequencies to more easily add future HD programming. | |
