As you're an existing customer, you wouldn't be eligible for the introductory rate.
I would suggest talking to Lani in our provisioning/billing group, she can assist you in minimizing your downtime and get you set up with a new re-term rate plan for an appropriate level of speed. You can reach her at 707-522-1000 weekdays until 5pm. She's great, and is our most senior provisioner.
