2 edits | OK, but now what? I opted out when they first offered it in December. I went to their web page, filled everything out, and sent it. The web page declared success.
Now I know Comcast's records are always correct and up to date  , but how much you want to bet that if I ever try to sue, they'll tell me they have no record of my opt-out?
They always seem to know where to send the bill tho  | |

| Re: OK, but now what? As many times as they have screwed up my accounts and our business accounts due to lax record keeping, I have come to expect that from Comcast.
