| reply to TwKs The RAZR design also begat some clunkers (the W385 blows because of some features it lacks that the RAZR has, and it commits the additional sin of costing more); however, the RAZR and W385 are both solidly constructed (both the models I am referring to are VZW CDMA models). The very reason the RAZR is still around is because it's still in demand (not to mention that it still holds up to heavy use (I'm also glad that VZW *didn't* carry the ROKR; instead, it opted for the KRZR K1c and K1c Fire, CDMA variations of the K1 and K1 Fire that are wildly popular with the GSM crowd). I have the SB-5120 cable modem (which replaced my SB-4100 due to tier upgrades; I purchased the -5120 like the 4100 it replaced) and it's heading into its third year of use (the 4100 lasted four years). Reliability, thy name is Motorola. |

| reply to TwKs I've got a Razr V3m that is 2 years old and still going strong (with a fresh new battery). My only complaint is the buttons are too small for my fat thumbs.
I don't have any plans right now to upgrade. The Razr A10 or 9 or whatever it is, is neat. But only because it has bigger buttons. |

Can't say too much about the phones. Never had one |

As for their cable modems, my trusty sb5100 is nearing 4 years of constant use and it still runs like a champ. I would never use a modem that wasn't a Motorola. |
