<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/966945"><b>ricklg</b></A> : I opted out when they first offered it in December. I went to their web page, filled everything out, and sent it. The web page declared success.<br><br>Now I know Comcast's records are always correct and up to date :D , but how much you want to bet that if I ever try to sue, they'll tell me they have no record of my opt-out? <br><br>They always seem to know where to send the bill tho :o]]></description>
