sheesh, that's exactly what he said! he was saying that arbitration is not fundamentally bad, it's how the company has it done.

And that is the problem. Arbitration has become nothing more than a legal way of buying off the judge.

If Comcast hired an arbitration company and found a majority of the cases against them, you would see that company losing the contract and Comcast can shop around for a judge who will know which hand feeds it.
