Dane, Thanks for the reply. I called this morning to try to speak with Lani, I explained that you had recommended her by name, but the operator would only connect me to sales. So I placed the move order with the fellow I talked to. I asked about minimizing downtime and he gave the standard three to seven days, etc. Also he told me I could only try to re-term once the new service was in place. So it seems I should have just used the member tools to move it. Anyway, thanks again for the reply. |
