What if Verizon can provide the service they say they will? I had that problem with ATT a few years ago but it did not matter they wanted their money. I fought them for 1 1/2 years before they realized they were spending a fortune on attorney fees for a $175 case in small claims. I got my credit back and everything.

Both sides must abide by the contract.
