Well id have to agree with you. Their service is ok. I think to compete they should probably lower their prices, but its ok. Their tech support and their customer support, well if you call at the wrong times you get a guy or girl in India who is trying to be over polite who doesn't know anything and you end up wanting to kill yourself after the whole process. It took me over a hour to cancel their service, but all the big providers lack in cs or ts compared to the ma and pa voip services. |
