| Netopia 3347NWG MTU Problems
Hey everyone.
I seem to be having an odd problem with my Netopia 3347NWG.
Everytime I do a tweak test I end up having a result of
"MTU = 1448
MTU is not fully optimized for broadband. Consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for better throughput. If you are using a router, it could be limiting your MTU regardless of Registry settings."
I have no idea why it's so low, I have it set to 1500 in my windowsXP settings (as I hear the modem automatically reduces 8 from the MTU).
I can't find the setting to fix it in the modem. |
