No problem here..

Well on the user account page for my phone I can block certain numbers or shut off texting altogether by blocking * if you get charged for unwanted texts I have called before and got them removed from my bill and 50 free texts for 3 months for the hassle, so I guess it depends on how you treat the CR on the phone
