Boston's MBTA

The MBTA is doing something similar on the Commuter Rail lines around the Boston area:

I've used that before- it's actually a very good service, apparently it works by placing routers on the trains that connect to the Sprint EV-DO network, so it doesn't work while waiting in stations.
