ONLY working at 4 live stations

»Bay Area Demonstrates Successful Public Transit Wi-Fi
The installation and testing on that system are complete and have been successful.
But this system is only up on 4 stations next to each other downtown. No approval has been given to implement this across the BART system. The story gives the impression that this implementation has gone further than it has.
