Remember all the good times you and I and Rick had trying to troubleshoot NIC's and 5861's back in the day? Ahh, the good 'ol days. On a side note, I see mandatory overtime rearing it's ugly head this spring. The McHenry techs have been overwhelmed cleaning up the U-verse guys' messes.
