VictorWI posted : I am experiencing this same problem recently as well. I've not called a ticket in as it is intermittent and speed tests lately have shown some serious slowdowns with my RR service but I will have to keep an "ear" on it.

anon posted : I have filed a ticket #102729 on 1/12/2008. I heard nothing from Teleblend. Can one of the telebend guys contact me on the number I specified on the ticket or email me the number I can call them. The ticket is about having garbled up sound for people whom I am talking to from the phone. I think its bandwidth issue but I don’t know how to check it. Also, very often the phone light on the gizmo just goes blank and I have no dial tone. At this point I have to rest modem and gizmo. I have it plugged directly to cable modem. When I had router first and the gizmo, the issue with dial tone was even worth. I called Comcast (my ISP provider), they won’t acknowledge bandwidth issue. How can I test it? I have cable and TV split. Can the splitter be an issue?
