Re: So far install not going good They should be sending out reg install techs with the U-verse guys. You can tell them by the trucks they drive. All (40) of the ones in our area are F150's with tall caps on them. I remember the 3+ hour DSL installs when we were doing dry loops. Had to run IW and install NIC's and deal with obsolete win95 and 98. These guys are in a worse situation due to the amount of work involved. Some of the managers have never been in the field or even see a piece of IW until they were trained.
