One could argue, the faster you can get in, and out, the better it would be for everyone. The longer it takes to get what you want, well, the overall load goes up as each person gets in the swarm, waiting to get what they need.

Saint Louis, MO | I think there must be some truth in that second comment. A lot of isps are getting rid of their slower speeds. Charter's slowest speed (in most markets) is 5meg and just a couple of years ago they still had 1.5 in many markets. |
