Re: recent update Cox High Speed sucks. The only reason to be on their service is if there is no other option. Even then, don't waste your money with their more expensive offerings. Just order the Value package so you can get real speeds without BS compression, which hurts gaming performance anyway! With Cox, you don't get what you pay for. And the worst part is their Customer Service. Their website doesn't have all the options to make changes to your account, and they aren't available 24/7 to order what you want. They actually list work hours for a 24/7 ISP! Duh... |
