Look, latency with Charter was always spastic. There was a good deal of loss at peak times but when there wasn't- it worked. At least they didn't route all traffic half a country away. Pinging lower to LA than NY, Chicago, or any other destination on the eastern seaboard is more than a tad silly. This simply shouldn't be the case when European gamers can pull 110-120ms to Chicago and sub 100 to NY.

I have stopped calling support as they tell me there is def a prob with the line. Not only is there a problem on my line but on the same block below and above me i know its the same line but that was what the tech told me. (ie me 1000 block main st, 9000 and 1100 blocks also effective.

They were supposed to show up to my place twice never did.
Home both days never left and my dog will bark whenever somebody is close by (my pole is in backyard).
But one evening I received a message stating that he was some manager out of Teays Valley and that they could not find any problems. So don't know how they would be able to check it without a truck showing up when in their system it shows i have a problem.
