It would be like putting Soekris hardware in an Alienware case and advertising it like it's a gaming machine. I don't think that's necessarily bad as long as they're forthcoming with the specs, but it could backfire on them as some of the annoyances could turn off a good number of people that purchase them out of ignorance.
