| Very Unsatisfied Xplornet Customer I cannot believe how slow Xplornet Satelite Service is. The download speed runs at less than 50 percent of the advertised speed & the upload speed runs around 20 percent of the advertised speed. The support at Xplornet indicated that they are happy with 60 - 80 percent of the "up to" speeds advertised. I told them that I am happy with paying them 60 - 80 percent of their charge 60 - 80 percent of the time.
I have reported them to Consumer & Corporate Affairs for Misrepresentation. All dissatisfied customers, and apparently there are many should do the same. This company should be put out of business.
