Then, apply power to the modem and allow it to to sync up. Boot up the laptop, and you should be connected.<br><br>Using a router would enable you to have both computers connected at the same time.   ]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1526293"><b>jimzplace</b></A> : Hi , <br><br>I have EL installed by TW. I don't really need a hub to connect other pc's but every now and again i need to hook my laptop up <br><br>Cant seem to connect! first i tried obtaining everything automatically no cookies, then i tried entering the ip setting from my desktop. still nothing.<br><br>Like i said all i need to do occasionally is to pull the network cable from my pc and plug it in my laptop.<br><br>Can any one give me any idea's?<br><br>thx!]]></description>
