And you would be wrong.

XP Home was phased out as soon as Windows Vista came to be. Pro, MCE and all the other versions are still being supported by Microsoft with patches, updates, etc.

My only objection is that it's still "Release candidate" status; if it was RTM at least, I know it should be okay, or a final build of it. :o
