Re: No HD Boxes Found out my local Verizon FiOS store had HD boxes in. Drove over there to pick one up only to be told I needed a confirmation #. I asked how I could get a confirmation #, and was told I had to call customer service. He then told me customer service had stop answering the phone because they were too busy.
So basically I haven't been able to get an HDTV box for 2 months because none have been available. Now they have some available but I can't get one because I don't have an order confirmation #, which I can't get because the people at the customer service center decided they don't want to do their job.
Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They make Cablevision look customer-centric. |
