1 edit | I got an idea Make it easier to return the DVR and I'll return mine. I'm faced with the option of paying $25 and waiting all day for a tech just so he can pick it up, or driving 80+ miles to drop it off. As of right now its currently sitting in my closet gathering dust. Somehow I don't think I'm the only one in this predicament after buying a Tivo. They should really send you a box to ship it back in.  |

Virginia Beach, VA | They are supposed to be able to give you a return number and you can take it to a UPS Store and they'll box it up for you. |
