Trying to play NCIS Behind the sceens. It keeps telling me that I don't have Real Media Player installed.
I un-installed the RealPlayer that I DID have installed. I did their download and install. Still won't work.
Suggestions? |

Round Rock, TX | It looks to me like their site is messed up. It doesn't navigate properly with Firefox. With IE, I get the same error you do and I've use Real on other sites successfully. |

It won't even play if you load the URL directly into Real Player. It still says Real Player is not installed. I agree the site is messed up. |

I watched some videos while others didn't play.
and all I have is RealPlayer plugin from the K-lite mega codec pack!!!

YES! I have the latest RealPlayer installed, it just isn't listed for use at CBS...
EDIT2: Even *IN* RealPlayer(IE based), it uses Flash for the video. |

I just get a voice saying "this content is currently unavailable". Tried about half a dozen clips. |
