Trying to play NCIS Behind the sceens. It keeps telling me that I don't have Real Media Player installed.

I un-installed the RealPlayer that I DID have installed. I did their download and install. Still won't work.

Suggestions?

It looks to me like their site is messed up. It doesn't navigate properly with Firefox. With IE, I get the same error you do and I've use Real on other sites successfully.

It won't even play if you load the URL directly into Real Player. It still says Real Player is not installed. I agree the site is messed up.

Flash.....
Uhm... here, using Opera - it's Adobe Flash.

EDIT: Even in Internet Explorer... Flash!

YES! I have the latest RealPlayer installed, it just isn't listed for use at CBS...

EDIT2: Even *IN* RealPlayer(IE based), it uses Flash for the video.

I just get a voice saying "this content is currently unavailable". Tried about half a dozen clips.
