Line quality test help

Can someone help me interpret what these results mean?

I've been getting some really bad lag the past month or so on online games, which never used to happen.
I would like to figure out if its a problem on my end or something my ISP needs to help troubleshoot

Take a look at this: »Tweaking FAQ »I'm getting latency and/or packet loss. What can I do?

If all the above doesn't work then its most likely an ISP problem.
