 [TWC] Trouble in North Texas (DFW)

I've seen a serious drop in performance on my bandwidth since around 7pm last night. My downstream has been a comfortable 6.1Mbps for some time. However, I'm now looking at 200Kbps as of this morning, with no end in sight. Line tests and my own pings tell me I'm seeing 25% packet loss. Has anyone else suffered from problems like these in the last 15 hours? I'm in the northern tip of Richardson (75080), in case that helps.

Any insight at all is appreciated.

Sioux City, IA		 Check help.rr.com pick your division if in north tx area then click on network status lots of area in that area experiencing problems today.
