Not that this is news to anyone, but the FCC/CRTC/etc is a joke, a waste of a gov't body even. These kinds of things should have the hammer brought down upon them within 24 hours of the first customer getting a bogus fee. What world am I living in though....fantasy land! -- ....where's my fiber?
