I know that they only cut you down to 200Kbs but after 6 years with Hughes and only the last few weeks being horrible, I'm not ready yet to throw the towel in.<br>I have talked with level 4 support and been told just today that the engineers know what the problem is are working on it. So people like my best friend that lives a mere 3 miles from city limits is stuck with dial-up or satelite.
