<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1489776"><b>Scoot_NJ</b></A> : They need more boots on the ground for installs as well as material and hardware.<br><br>If I was them, I would have moved a TON of my copper guys over to fiber to keep up with demand and open more areas. In my town, half has fiber, where I reside, I am stuck with copper.]]></description>
