ATT

Currently I have ATT's "Elite" package @$35.00 a month. If it's raised to $40.00 a month, then....guess what...I'm not leaving.
Charter has their 6/512 offering at $50.00 a month. I could get it for less with bundling, but that means getting Charter telephone. I don't want/need their VOiP phone service.
And Charter STILL has lousy evening speeds here in the Federation Outpost of San Luis Obispo, CA. And if I'm helping those slower speeds by using Charter's VOD service, then I'm more then happy to oblige.
Whereas ATT gives me 6/768(real world 5100/650) 24/7.
That to me is worth a measly $5.00 a month.

Well, when you put it like that... when Charter comes a-knockin' for customers.. tell them that their internet service "SUCKS!!" and maybe they'll get the message and improve the quality of service!! Or or not, and lose out on customers...
