Ohio | The point is they have a history of hidden fees, and unless they are kept in check, nothing will stop them from reimplementing them. Verizon's no warm and fuzzy teddy bear.

| Whoever said they were? And what company doesn't need to be kept in check? Of all of the complaints you could make about them, you choose the biggest non-issue there is. One fee, one time, that was never even implemented, is not a history. A history of bad support? Yes. A history of turning thing over to the government? Yes. But a history of hidden fees? That's a stretch and a half and you still come up short. |
