The 3G area around DC now extends as far north as Etchison, MD (about 15 miles north of Rockville). This went live right after 01/02/2008. Prior to that, it ended just north of Derwood.

kinda funny how the ATT map doesnt say westminster is a 3g area. i would think theyd update them quickly after deployment... |
