We're making it easy for the terrorists. All the have to do is figure out where the cables are then use old fishing boats to drag anchors or customized cable snares to break them.

Still, this seems unlikely.... But it's getting suspicious.

They just need to have a catfish tournament. I think I pulled three cables catfishing in the Delaware River in two weeks. Gotta send a blonde in to do a man's work. Geez...............but I haven't seen any blonde terrorists. There is one blonde that scares me and not many things scare me.

Rather than monitoring bandwidth they should be monitoring Nice 'n Easy.

 Why would the Muslims cut their own cables? They would be cutting off theirown communication. If anyone is doing it, it is the terrorist country of Israel that is cutting the cables.
