Commissoner's Idea of Broad Band.
The problem is the Martin's and the FCC idea of what broadband is, is different from the rest of us.

The good part is that our gov agrees (sort of the same argument as the crackberry).

Then again, our Gov is only interested when it effects them... (voters or personal).

Martin can certainly be whipped around, but won't likely happen for numerous reasons
