Any updates on how is your trial going?

Hi I have recently submitted the Acanac trial form on Feb 6 by clicking the link above. However, I don't receive any response or confirmation email from Acanac so far, even I re-submitted the trial form again yesterday. I have also called Acanac to confirm, but the sales said the trial is only offer online and no help from her. I also send an email to the Acanac admin for the trial on Feb 6, again, no response.

So it's strange that I normally see a quick response from Paul or Sandro of Acanac. Should we trust them??

I don't have any outstanding PM's for trial login in accounts. Please don't email ours sales department because they don't have the capability to issues you a PPPOE login account. Please just send a PM here on this forum.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. I have just submitted the trial form again a minute ago. Can you please check to see whether you receive it? It's strange that you have not receive it. Just for your ref, I submitted it by clicking this link:

and I received the following message:

'Thank you. Your form has been processed. Your PPPoE longin info will be E-Mailed within 24 hours.'

How can I follow up this trial login?

BTW: What's PM? is it private mail?

I stand corrected. I have not been using the forum for a while now. I have been requesting PM's instead. No big deal. I have now setup the few that were submitting the request thought that specific location.
Please do let me know if you have not received your welcome letter.

Thank goodness for this post. I had also requested a trial from the same link a few days ago and finally received the welcome letter from Paul today. Set up was a breeze. I am already using the account and there is no change in speed from my Sympatico account. Also, torrents are not being throttled!!! Great start so far

Hi bt1999/Paul, it's great to find someone is also trying this trial as well. I'm also sympatico user, can u tell me how to set the Acanac account in sympatico modem, I try it in the modem setup, but keep telling me I should use 'b1*****' sympatico id. It could be restricted only for sympatico a/c. Do I need to have acanac IP address? Pls. advise how u set it up in step by step. Thanks a lot in advance.
