Unless he can prove, to the satisfaction of the court, that the "evidence" was never out of his immediate possession during all that time, and nobody else had any access to it, and it is Clemens' beyond any doubt, I think he has an uphill battle ahead of him, provided this is a criminal investigation. |

I agree with that. But IF it's really what he says it is, chances are great that he kept it in a safe and private place, and didn't take it to parties to impress friends, you know?

But I agree that there will be far more weight given to testimony, if there is credible stuff, like Pettite. That's almost like an unbiased third party type of thing. |
