i switched to acanac about a month ago, pretty much satisfy with the service, DL speed all the time was in the range 2.4-2.6 mbits (checked mostly using my previous provider speed test at www.primus.ca). but today I got a dry loop (cancel phone line with primus) and now I got only 1.4 mbit DL, although UL pretty good - about 600-650 kbit/s. Should I order technical support again and is that possible influence of dry loop?
